FaithWalk: A Leadership Encounter with Jesus This workshop is based on the book, Leadership by the Book, by Ken Blanchard, Phil Hodges, and Bill Hybles, in which Jesus is held up as the source for practical lessons in effective leadership. Throughout the workshop pastor will explore the concept of “servant leadership” and be exposed to the four dimensions of leadership: The Heart, The Head, The Hands and The Habits.

Focused Ministry Summits This is a spiritual discovery process that facilitates renewal to the local church. Churches which align themselves and their ministries with the sovereign purposes and plan of God experience the restoration of hope. Summit #1 is to assess the health and needs of the church. High Performance Meetings In this workshop the pastor will learn how to use a diagnostic tool to surface the needs of their teams and evaluate their meetings based on three components: Purpose, People, and Process. The workshop covers many aspects of high performance meetings, including agenda design and management, facilitation, meeting communication, and ground rules. It is designed to give you tools and principles to ensure that your meetings are more productive, efficient, and glorifying to God.

Transforming Conflict: From Strife to Synergy This workshop will help pastors identify the sources and patterns of conflict; identify the possible outcomes of conflict; understand how to manage conflict to constructive outcomes; and explore the concept and role of trust in relationships.
