Leadership Development

The Leadership Development efforts of the Church Growth Division seek to provide training for pastors, staff, and laypersons in character, ministry, and skill development. We are available for consultations to individual churches, one-to-one coaching for pastors and staff, and conferencing customized for your specific needs. Some of the ministry areas for which we are responsible are: Pastoral Leadership development, Minister relations, Communication and Conflict management, Church Administration, Church Health Assessments and Strategy Planning, Worship, and Team Building.
